About the role:
The Childcare Assistant position actively supervises and ensures the wellbeing of enrolled children. Develops and maintains positive relationships with families. All activities performed by the Childcare Assistant are to be delivered in a way that 'exceeds the Education and Care Services National Quality Standards.'
What you will be doing:
1.Actively supervise children and ensure their wellbeing.
2.Assist in the delivery of programs and activities.
3.Other duties specified by the supervisor/manager.
4.Act as a first aid officer as and when required.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have:
1.First Aid - Education and Care Setting (HLTAID004)
2.First Aid - CPR (HLTAID009)
3.Drivers Licence (Class C) - NSW
4.Working with Children Check
5.Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Position details: Permanent, part time role, S1180, this role is 15 hours per week, working Monday and Friday.
Salary: $31.08 per hour + Superannuation.
