Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of support workers and peer supporters in delivering psycho-social services to adults from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds with complex mental health issues.
About the Role
* Lead a team to deliver high-quality psycho-social support and foster a culture of engagement to achieve a productive and happy team.
* Demonstrate evidence-based practice and critical thinking to deliver wraparound, culture-based psycho-social recovery-oriented individualised person-centered and trauma-informed care.
* Identify mental health risk and protective factors in the context of multicultural mental health experiences.
* Provide clinical care and support to clients in a culturally sensitive way.
Key Responsibilities
1. Demonstrate expertise in delivering wraparound, culture-based psycho-social recovery-oriented individualised person-centered and trauma-informed care to people from CALD backgrounds with complex mental health issues.
2. Utilize high-level oral and written communication skills to write and review case notes, care plans, record service delivery through case notes, complete reports, and any other necessary documents within strict timeframes.
