Your New Role
As a Credit Management Specialist, you will work closely with the Accounts Receivable Manager to drive AR and credit management for our organization across regions.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Monitoring debtor accounts and reconciling discrepancies
* Collecting debts from a diverse customer base, prioritizing vulnerable clients with tailored payment plans
* Issuing Letters of Demand and engaging debt collection agencies as necessary
* Conducting monthly debtor reviews and preparing comprehensive reports
* Providing high-level support to business units on invoicing, AR, and credit management processes

Required Skills and Experience
Bring your expertise in:
* Experience in complex AR and credit control environments
* Understanding of AR and credit management systems, processes, and internal controls
* Ability to enforce policies and minimize doubtful debt
* Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
* AR software proficiency, preferably Microsoft Dynamics or similar accounting packages
