In this role, you will play a key part in leading education and compliance functions under local and state legislation, promoting voluntary compliance and community wellbeing while managing legal, reputational, and operational risks. The successful candidate will have prior people management experience in a compliance or legislative environment, ideally in a local or state government body. They'll be able to inspire and lead the team commendably through effective decision making, coaching and mentoring and accountability towards goals and objectives.
