The Role
This is a leadership role for a Head Chef who loves being on the tools, setting standards from the pass, and building culture in the kitchen. You'll lead by example, mentor a strong team, and continue evolving the offer while maintaining consistency and quality.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume venue
* A hands-on, confident leader who can inspire and develop their team
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with FOH and venue leadership
* Solid operational knowledge, with a focus on systems, efficiency and execution
* A passion for pub classics, paired with the creativity to keep things fresh
* Strong understanding of food costs, ordering, suppliers, and budgeting
