* Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
* Advanced degree or certification (CFA) is an asset.
* 2–5 years of relevant work experience; lower end for Analyst, higher for Associate.
* Strong research, analytical, financial modeling, valuation, problem‐solving skills and ability to think creatively.
* Advanced computer/technical skills – MSExcel, MSPowerPoint.
* Solid verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage workstreams independently and collaborate effectively.
* Motivated to contribute to something larger than yourself, approach complex challenges with rigor, and hold yourself to high standards in a collaborative, performance‐driven environment.
