About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced property photographers to join our dynamic team with an immediate start. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for real estate and the technical expertise to produce top-tier photographs. This role involves working closely with real estate agents, property managers and homeowners to deliver exceptional photography that meets our clients' needs.
You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs, drone footage, and floor plans of various properties for our real estate clients; your role includes:
Responsibilities
* Capture high-quality images of residential and commercial properties consistently.
* Ensure timely and efficient uploading of photography and floor plan files to our editing team.
* Collaborate with the team on a daily basis to ensure the coordination of bookings is carried out effectively, and ensure you are on time and present yourself professionally.
* Always ensure you represent the company in a professional manner.
* Maintain your own photography equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
* Stay updated with industry trends and techniques.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a property or real estate photographer.
* Strong portfolio showcasing your property photography work.
* Excellent attention to detail and composition skills.
* Ability to work independently whilst also being a team player.
* Strong organisational skills, enabling you to consistently manage time effectively and prioritise tasks accordingly.
* The appropriate camera equipment and laptop/PC.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude towards real estate.
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations.
* Videography skills would be highly beneficial but are not a requirement.
