About the Opportunity
The Family Day Care Coordinator / Nominated Supervisor will lead a team of educators in home-based education and care environments. This role requires a highly organized and experienced educator committed to providing high-quality, flexible, and affordable child care. The Coordinator will support, guide, and assist educators, families, and children accessing Family Day Care, with knowledge of the National Quality Standards. The position involves working within a multidisciplinary team across Wimmera.

About You
You will hold a Diploma of Early Childhood and have a passion for Family Day Care environments. You should also have:
* Experience working with children and families, understanding their developmental needs
* Ability to plan, reflect, manage time effectively with minimal supervision
* Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, and National Quality Standards
