Job Description As the Strategy and Culture Lead, you will drive organisational excellence by understanding HR operations, to align strategy with workplace culture. Leading a team of specialists, you'll develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance employee experience, diversity, and inclusion.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll shape key people programs, embed core values, and lead change initiatives that foster a positive, high-performing environment. You'll also oversee critical frameworks like performance cycles, engagement surveys, and DEI strategies, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

You will: Manage a team of strategy and culture specialists providing leadership and guidance whilst promoting continuous improvement and career pathways. Consult with Adecco, Adecco DFR, and the Commonwealth to develop and integrate key diversity strategies and strategic initiatives. Define, promote, and embed the organization's core values and cultural principles. Drive change initiatives that align with the strategic vision and workplace culture. Provide coaching and support to leaders in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Build diversity, equity, and inclusion plans, including the implementation of the organisational days-of-significance calendar and employee resource groups. Evolve and maintain people frameworks, in particular the facilitation of the annual performance and remuneration cycle, employee engagement surveys and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Your background will demonstrate: Strong generalist knowledge of all major components of HR functions, with a focus on organisational culture and engagement, diversity, equality, inclusion, and strategic workforce planning. Solid leadership and emotional intelligence skills with demonstrated ability to engage others to understand and embrace organisational culture, directions, goals, and client service ethos. Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality service delivery when working under pressure. A collaborative approach to building professional relationships and working within a team to contribute to the team vision. Resilient and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
