Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and troubleshoot network, server, and cloud infrastructure.
* Support system migrations and data centre operations.
* Diagnose performance, connectivity, and security issues.
* Administer Windows Server, Linux, VMware, AD, and M365.
* Assist with disaster recovery, backups, and SAN storage.
* Contribute to design and implementation of new technologies.
* Monitor systems and support application delivery tools.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Strong understanding of enterprise networking, Windows Server, VMware, Linux, and AD.
* Experience with SAN, backup/recovery, Citrix, and cloud platforms.
* Familiarity with automation tools like PowerShell.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (e.g., Essential 8).
* Relevant certifications (MCSA/MS365, Azure, VMware, Nutanix, ITIL) highly regarded.
