Role Overview
We are seeking an individual as a Claims Advisor based out of our Veteran & Family Hub in Queanbeyan. You will provide guidance and support to current and former Defence personnel and their families navigating claims, including pensions and benefits.
Your role involves assisting them throughout the application process with government departments, aiming for the best possible outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
* Compensation Advocate (or working towards)
* In-depth understanding of defence-related illnesses and conditions
* Ability to establish and build strong relationships internally and externally
* Highly developed communication skills and problem-solving abilities
