Role Purpose:
The Commercial Manager role is an exciting leadership opportunity designed for maximizing project margins and mitigating risks through strategic contract management. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and strategic thinker ready to drive success through negotiation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and negotiate head contract terms to align with UGL's goals.
* Communicate and integrate contractual insights into project planning.
* Lead compliance efforts for UGL and subcontractors within project agreements.
* Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Corporate Legal to empower your team.
* Maintain robust contractual records and manage changes proactively.
Qualifications
* A degree in Law, Finance, or Quantity Surveying.
* At least 5 years of experience in a commercial management role, ideally within engineering or maintenance services.
* Strong skills in contract negotiation, management, and dispute resolution.
