Tenancy Manager
A well-established, purpose-driven organisation is seeking a Tenancy Manager to join its Housing Services team. With a strong footprint across Queensland, the organisation delivers safe, affordable housing and supports individuals and families to sustain long-term tenancies.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of tenancies, acting as the primary point of contact for residents
* Support allocations, onboarding, and tenancy sustainment
* Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs
* Manage rent arrears, disputes, and tenancy-related matters
* Liaise with support services and external stakeholders to provide wraparound support
* Contribute to community engagement and positive tenant outcomes
About You / Qualifications
* Experience in tenancy/property management, housing, or community services
* Confident working with vulnerable or diverse client groups
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* Well organised with a high level of attention to detail
* Collaborative approach with both internal teams and external partners
* Relevant qualification in social work, housing, or community services (desirable)
* Case management experience (advantageous)
