We are currently seeking a meticulous and motivated QA Admin Officer to join our Quality team on a full-time permanent basis at our Warwick Manufacturing Facility.
In this role you will support our Quality team and help ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and consistency aligned with regulatory requirements and GMP.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative capability, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to develop their career within Quality Assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Receive raw material and product samples for testing, including determining required analysis, logging samples, and coordinating dispatch, daily
Conduct environmental monitoring activities and review associated data
Manage retention samples and ensure compliant storage practices
Provide QA administrative support including data entry, document control, record management and filing
Review batch documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Maintain and manage controlled documents in accordance with QA procedures
About You
Strong computer skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, MS Teams, and experience using cloud-based systems and ERPs
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear and confident communication skills with a customer-focused approach when supporting internal and external stakeholders
Commitment to following compliance and QA procedures
Knowledge of GMP and/or TGA requirements is highly regarded
