Key Responsibilities:
* Lead internal crews and subcontractors to achieve project goals
* Oversee project delivery, ensuring safety, quality assurance, and effective resource management
* Manage schedules, resources, and reporting to drive business success
* Nurture strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Contribute to the design and development of civil fibre projects
Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of NBN/Telstra fibre networks and civil construction standards
* Experience with trenching, boring, and ploughing techniques
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to travel and work in remote areas on a roster basis
* Current driver's license and Construction White Card
