TCM Total Commercial Maintenance is a well established commercial building company that specialises in general building, interior fitouts and maintenance.
We are currently seeking an experienced and trade qualified painter to join its workforce on maintenance and building projects.
This is a full time position that includes company van, uniform and mobile phone.
Successful applicant will be required to start ASAP.
The applicant will require the following
-Commercial Experience
-Minimum 1-2 years of commercial painting experience required
-Trade Qualified
-Certificate III Painting qualification required
-White Card
-Drivers Licence
-Full car licence required
-Police Clearance
-Working with children clearance
-Fully Vaccinated
-Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a larger building team
-Able to work overtime.
-Attention to detail with excellent customer skills
-Particular experience with colour matching, patching and working on maintenance or small commercial sites.
-Willing to assist other building trades as required.
