This role involves playing a pivotal part in the implementation of a new automated distribution centre in Truganina, shaping the future of our supply network.This initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency, boost supply chain capabilities, and ensure seamless integration across the business. As the Change and Communications Manager, you will craft and execute innovative change management and communication strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Technology, and other stakeholders to understand current processes and assess change impact.Design strategies that support people throughout the transformation.Shape and implement change strategies aligned with business goals and values to ensure a smooth transition.About YouWe seek a dynamic Change and Communications Manager with proven experience in delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.Qualifications and SkillsPractical understanding of change management and its positive impact on organizations.Excellent communication skills across all channels with attention to detail.Ability to facilitate and train others, and collaborate effectively at all levels.Experience in retail, manufacturing, FMCG, or similar industries, with stakeholder engagement skills, especially with blue-collar backgrounds.Experience in Supply Chain is highly regarded.High emotional intelligence and comfort working in complex, changing environments.This role offers an opportunity to be part of something monumental.
