Job Title: Chief Executive Officer Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in driving business growth and success. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the heart of our organisation, working side-by-side with a visionary leader who is driving unprecedented growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, inbox management, travel arrangements, and task management. They will also be responsible for preparing reports, materials, follow-ups, and agendas for board, leadership, and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a problem solver, project chaser, and time optimiser for the CEO
* Own calendar, inbox, travel, and task management like a pro
* Make confident decisions on behalf of the CEO - routine and time-sensitive
* Remove friction from the CEO's day, fast-tracking execution across the business
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven success supporting C-suite executives or business founders. You will work with autonomy and confidence, making calculated judgment calls, not waiting for instructions, getting it right most of the time. You will be outcomes-focused, hyper-organised, and emotionally intelligent.
You will thrive in fast-paced environments and don't flinch at big personalities or big decisions. You don't clock-watch; you own outcomes.
