Job Title: Data Reporting Analyst Location: Eastern Suburbs, Sydney Salary: $130K - $150k Super Start Date: Immediate Important: No sponsorship or relocation available The Opportunity We are seeking a highly analytical Reporting Analyst to join a data-driven team based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. This role plays a key part in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making across multiple functions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand reporting needs, deliver high-quality dashboards, and provide clear, actionable insights that drive performance and strategy. Key Responsibilities Collect, extract, report, and interpret data from multiple organisational systems Collaborate with business teams and management to understand reporting requirements and deliver clear, digestible insights Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualisations using tools such as Power BI Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key business insights Support stakeholders with ad hoc and recurring data analysis and reporting requests Maintain detailed documentation of reporting logic, SQL queries, and dashboard versions to ensure consistency and continuity Contribute to broader data transformation and reporting improvement initiatives Perform other reasonable duties as required About You Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3 years' experience in a Reporting Analyst or similar data-focused role Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying Advanced skills in Excel and experience with Power BI or similar BI tools Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities High attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to work Strong communication skills, able to translate data into clear business insights Excellent time management and organisational skills Confident working with stakeholders across different levels of the business CVs to greg.perl@pra.com.au
