We are seeking a detail oriented and organised Compliance and Onboarding Officer to join our team at our Docklands office. If you are passionate about finance and compliance, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the end-to-end onboarding and accreditation process for brokers.
* Collecting, verifying, and maintaining documentation, including licenses, insurance, background checks.
* Acting as the point of contact between brokers, internal teams, and aggregator partners.
* Maintaining records, dashboards, and reporting on onboarding progress.
* Ensuring broker applications comply with ASIC regulations, the NCCP Act, and aggregator rules.
* Monitoring and enforcing broker compliance.
* Handling regulatory queries and audits.
* Escalating non‐compliance or risk issues to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
* Reliable and committed to working from the office.
* Minimum 6-12 months of experience in financial services compliance required.
Location and Employment Details
* Docklands Office, Melbourne
* Employment Type: Part‐Time
* Working Hours: Minimum 5 hours per day, 5 days a week (Flexible hours between 8:30am and 6:00pm)
* Work Arrangement: Office‐based (No work from home)
