As a Patient Journey Partner, you will independently meet territory metrics, engage with healthcare professionals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualified candidates will have over 5 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of the nephrology landscape, and excellent communication skills. This field-based position is a 12-month maximum term contract covering NSW and ACT.
