What You’ll DoLead all contractual and commercial functions including administration, claims management, and compliance.Apply strong strategic and commercial thinking to manage short- and long-term project goals.Proactive risk management approach to identify and anticipate current and potential risks, input them into ARM, develop risk mitigation strategies as required and attend project risk meetings for the SRA/QRAOversee financial and project reporting, preparing key documentation and recommendations for internal stakeholders.Collaborate closely with delivery and completions teams to ensure project success.Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About YouYou’re an experienced Commercial Manager (or in a similar role) with:Proven success managing Principal-Contractor relationships and PPP model contracts.Strong understanding of complex commercial contracts and relevant legislation.Experience drafting and negotiating high-value contracts and interpreting financial data.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to seek expert advice when needed.Stakeholder management skills.
