What we're looking for:
We're seeking a skilled and motivated technician with 2+ years of experience working with prestige automotive brands. You'll need strong diagnostic abilities, a commitment to quality workmanship, and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing scheduled servicing and mechanical repairs on Volvo, Zeekr & Polestar vehicles
* Conducting diagnostics and identifying faults accurately
* Completing repair orders and reports with attention to detail
* Working closely with service advisors and workshop controllers
* Maintaining Volvo's high standards in safety, quality, and service
To be successful, you will have:
* Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a prestige automotive dealership environment
* Current Australian driver's licence
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
