Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items to a consistently high standard
- Manage your section with confidence during service
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workspace
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal menu changes
Qualifications & Experience
- Related qualification or at least 3 years' experience in a similar role
- A calm, professional attitude with strong communication skills
- Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal produce
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Punctual, well-presented, and dependable
