* Design and implement test frameworks that improve productivity and quality across multiple portfolios
* Develop and embed automation and security practices into CI/CD pipelines to support scalable delivery
* Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and uplift engineering standards
Key Requirements:
* Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, source control, and build tools
* Experience in performance and accessibility testing, and API frameworks such as RestAssured and Serenity BDD
