About the Role
As an All-Rounder, you'll rotate across a variety of duties to help the café run smoothly, including:
* Greeting customers with a smile and taking orders (POS)
* Preparing coffee and cold drinks (barista skills – training provided)
* Serving food & drinks to tables and ensuring great customer experience
* Light food prep, plating, and general cleaning
* Opening and closing duties (setting up, pack-down, end-of-day checks)
* Problem solving on the spot and supporting the team during busy periods
* Everyone, including senior baristas, contributes to all-rounder duties — we work as one team.
