Brightwater is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to ensure timely IT support across our organization.
Key responsibilities include providing IT support, responding to enquiries, and setting up IT systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and skills in troubleshooting IT issues.
The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related field and experience working on a Service Desk. Strong customer service skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will be interacting with various stakeholders daily.
In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will need a satisfactory National Police Certificate and a valid driver's license.
