The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and creative Trade Marketing Executive to join their fantastic marketing team on a 7-month fixed term contract (Parental Leave cover). In this role, you’ll lead the execution of trade and retail activations, manage national campaigns, and deliver engaging social content that strengthens brand presence and drives sales.
- Trade Marketing: Plan and deliver impactful retail and wholesale activations, manage trade shows and events, and create marketing collateral to showcase Speedo’s products.
- Retail Execution: Oversee in-store displays, windows, and layouts in both Speedo retail stores and major accounts, ensuring campaigns land on time and on budget.
- Social Media: partner with influencers, and develop campaigns to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, retail partners, and global marketing colleagues to ensure brand consistency and maximise exposure.
- Innovation & Reporting: Monitor trends, analyse campaign performance, and bring fresh ideas to improve results year after year.
The Skillset
- A marketing qualification and at least 3 years’ experience in marketing, trade, or retail.
- Strong creative skills, ideally with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with retail partners.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Experience with SAP is a bonus.
