Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the store
* Manage and monitor key performance indicators for exceptional customer service
* Supervise and coach team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience
* Ensure ZSG food quality and safety standards are upheld
Qualifications & Skills
* Highly motivated natural leader who is hands-on
* Passion for food and restaurant operations
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in restaurant management (2 years minimum) – Preferred
