About the Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are looking for a Customer Service Superstar, to join the team and work at our Gold Coast Airport branch, where you will provide both face to face and over the phone customer service and reservation support ensuring that every interaction with the customer is first class.

This role is full time working on a rotating roster between Monday – Sunday 6am till 10pm with flexibility to work public holidays and additional hours as required.

Key Responsibilities

* Premium Customer Service & Support - Meet & greet customers warmly and provide high quality service throughout the rental check in and out process. Assist customers with questions about vehicle features, upgrades, rental terms and conditions and local recommendations.
* Vehicle Handover & Product Knowledge - Escort customers to their vehicle and conduct a pre rental inspection.
* Check In / Out Process Management - Complete rental agreements with accuracy and capture pre and post rental photos in line with company documentation.
* Communication & Coordination - Liaise with the operations, detailing and fleet teams to ensure cars are prepared on schedule.
* Reservation & Fleet Support - Assist customers with making bookings, extensions and amenments.
* Asset Management - Conduct daily inventory checks to ensure all vehicles are accounted for.


Required Skills & Experience

* Valid Open Drivers Licence, with no restrictions and a good driving record is mandatory. MR or HR licence is highly regarded.
* Reliable transport to get to and from work.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong Attention to Detail
* Good Time Management
* Clear Communication Skills
