Job Opportunity: Support Professional
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Support Professional in our Vaccines department.
Main responsibilities include:
* Administrative tasks
* Order processing and packing for Vaccines
* Cold storage management
* Utilization of MYOB, Microsoft Excel and Outlook software applications
* Taking customer calls and orders
* Vaccine delivery
* Packing medication for Dr Stores
* Adherence to all company policies and procedures, including WHS guidelines
* Stock management and inventory control
Required skills and experience include:
* Previous experience with MYOB Exo would be beneficial
* Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office-Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision and accuracy
* A current Queensland driver's license
* Outstanding customer service
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team
* Flexible and positive attitude
