The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence, with strong organisational and communication skills.

What You'll Need to be Successful:

* Strong administrative experience, ideally in a fast‑paced or multi‑disciplinary environment.

* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines.

* Confident communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional and friendly approach.

* Experience managing email inboxes, phone enquiries, and general office documentation.

* Familiarity with procurement, inventory tracking, or stocktaking (highly regarded).

* Experience coordinating servicing or maintenance for equipment or vehicles (advantageous).

* Ability to prepare documents, compile job packs, and support project workflows.

* Comfort working within compliance, induction, or contractor management portals (e.g., Rapid Global, Felix, Smart Tech, CMS, Beacon, APO).

Systems & Technical Capability

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

* Confidence learning new systems, portals, and internal workflows.

* Strong attention to detail when managing data, documentation, and scheduling.

Personal Attributes

* A proactive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to support the team wherever needed.

* High level of reliability, confidentiality, and professionalism.

* Solutions‑focused mindset and strong problem‑solving ability.

* Ability to maintain calm and efficiency in a dynamic environment.
