Schedule Coordinator Role
At our company, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Schedule Coordinator. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and finalization of daily television schedules for on-air broadcast.
* Management of commercial break content and quality-checking prior to broadcast.
* Confirmation that finalized schedules adhere to industry regulations.
* Liaison with other departments and stakeholders to ensure all required data is correctly placed in daily schedules.
About the Position:
This is a full-time opportunity requiring the successful candidate to work Monday to Friday with some later finishes as needed. You will be based in Canberra and report directly to the Head of Scheduling Operations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administration, retail sales or data entry an advantage.
* Strong computer literacy and data entry skills essential.
* A strong attention to detail and analytical nature required.
