Clinical Nurse Specialist in Mental Health Care
As a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will work with vulnerable children and young people in out-of-home care to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health services.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centred, trauma-informed therapies and case management services.
* Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring optimal service continuity and efficiency.
* Participate in regular supervision, peer support, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical expertise.
* Work closely with care teams, including Child Safety Services, NGOs, Schools, psychiatrists, GPs, and other agencies, to promote effective collaboration and coordination of care.
