Job Description About the role
The E-Commerce Manager – Chemist Warehouse & Pharmacyis responsible for accelerating online sales growth with key pharmacy retailers, while unlocking new opportunities through emerging marketplace platforms. The role partners directly with the National Account Managers to lead retailer-specific eCommerce, digital shelf execution, and campaign performance, while working cross-functionally with brand, digital, media, and customer. Success will be driven by commercial acumen, data-led insights, and a strong grasp of digital retail dynamics to deliver against the account plans with flawless execution achieving accelerated sales growth. The main responsibilities will include:
Drive eCommerce Sales & Share Growth
* Lead the planningand execution of eCommerce plans across Chemist Warehouse & Pharmacy banners.
* Develop annual account-level eCommerce plans, investment strategies and performance targets.
* Identify and evaluate opportunities within emerging online marketplaces.
Digital Shelf & Content Execution
* To maximise product visibility through optimised search management.
* Digital shelf excellence through optimised content, pricing, availability, and promotional execution.
* Ensure consistent, best-practice eContent syndication across platforms that drives conversion.
* Partner with brand and digital teams to map and optimise the connected consumer journey.
Retailer Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with Chemist Warehouse & Pharmacy banners
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to build and execute joint business plans and digital media campaigns.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
* Manage reporting and insight generation from eCommerce platforms and syndicated data sources.
* Monitor key performance metrics (conversion, ROI, share of search, etc.) and make data-informed recommendations.
* Forecast and track sales performance across key accounts.
* Lead ongoing competitor tracking and platform health checks to identify optimisation opportunities.
Innovation and Test & Learn
* Champion test-and-learn strategies to pilot innovative acquisition and conversion approaches.
* Evaluate and integrate emerging technologiesto enhance the digital path to purchase.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and delivereCommerce initiatives that build PharmaCare capability.
This is a full time in office role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern beaches.
Desired Skills and Experience About you
Ideally you will have a deep understanding of digital commerce, retail media and online shopper behaviour, along with strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in eCommerce and/or digital marketing.
* Proven experience building eCommerce business (with major Australian retailers preferred).
* Track record of delivering sales and share growth in an online retail environment.
* Experience in campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
* Familiarity with customer segmentation and conversion optimisation strategies.
* Competency in tools such as CitrusAd, Criteo, Shopify and analytical dashboards.
* Prior experience in FMCG,retail account management preferred.
* Passion for customer experience, personalisation and digital innovation.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills; able to drive outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities.
