Key Responsibilities:

* Provide top-notch service support, assisting with vehicle, aftermarket, and finance-related queries.
* Attend appointments, facilitate test drives, and ensure smooth vehicle delivery and handover processes.
* Collaborate in preparing and processing sales contracts, trade-in documentation, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
* Support customer satisfaction goals by following up post-delivery and assisting with valuations and other duties as required.
About You:
* Demonstrated interest or background in sales, retail, or automotive industry, coupled with exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office and digital platforms, with strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
* Ability to adapt to diverse customer needs, deliver outstanding experiences, and maintain professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
* Valid driver's license required; willingness to learn, collaborate, and demonstrate sound judgment and passion for products is highly valued.
