ABOUT THE ROLE

Super Cheap Auto are looking for an Assistant Category Manager - Car Detailing. Based in our Support Office in Strathpine, the role will be responsible for supporting the Category Manager to maximise our commercial outcomes in line with the Category and Business Unit strategy.

• Assisting in delivering sales, profit and agreed category deliverables
• Supporting effective product management across the Category
• Ensuring category performance is compliant and aligned to regulations
• Providing accurate and timely administrative support to optimise category performance
• Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes
• Supporting effective product management across the Category within both Retail and Ecommerce
• Providing accurate and timely administrative support to optimise category performance within both Retail and Ecommerce
• Contribute to the overall performance of KPI's and strategic initiatives

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will be a results driven and outcome focused individual, you will also bring:

• Passionate about making a difference and providing great support for our stores and suppliers
• Customer focused - category management experience whilst preferred is not essential as training will be provided
• Previous experience in retail desired but not essential
• Communication Skills and relationship management skills
• Able to adapt to change
• Negotiation and analytical Skills
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business disciplines - desired
• Recognised training in Category Management and / or Australian Consumer Law - desired
