Taylor and Beeson Building is seeking hardworking and reliable first year apprentice carpenter/joiner to join our team in the new year You will be working across a variety of residential properties over Hobart and surrounding areas.
What you'll be doing:
Residential construction
Participate in on-the-job training and complete your Carpentry qualification
Use power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills & grinders)
Observe and abide by WHS policies and procedures
Work alongside qualified carpenters and trades to complete projects on time and to high standards.
What we're looking for:
White Card and PPE
Interest in building & construction and willingness to learn
Basic literacy and numeracy skills to interpret plans and measure accurately
Current driver's licence and own transportation
Two recent references
Good work ethic and team-player attitude
