Struxture is seeking a Site Manager to deliver pharmaceutical and education‐fit‐out and refurbishment projects valued at approximately $2m, initially in the eastern suburbs and moving to an inner northern suburb.

The role
This role is ideal for a Site Manager who is strong on systems, process and site governance, and who takes pride in running safe, organised and high‐quality sites.
Key focus areas
* End‐to‐end site management from establishment through to handover
* Strong ownership of WHS systems and compliance
* Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining programme discipline
* Driving quality outcomes and efficient defect close‐out
* Working confidently within live or sensitive health environments
What we're looking for?
* Proven experience delivering fit‐out and refurbishment projects
* Strong capability with Procore and Hammertech
* Experience in health, aged care or similarly regulated environments
* Clear communicator with a calm, solutions‐focused leadership style
* Trade background or construction qualification preferred
