About your role: Deliver a high level of customer service; demonstrating empathy patience and understanding via face to face, verbal or written communication, provide develop and maintain an efficient effective and confidential administrative clerical and accounting support.
Liaise with relevant authorities both verbally and in writing on operational and policy matters pertaining to services provided by the department to patients, staff and relevant stakeholders ensuring compliance with HHS objectives and responsibilities.
Generate and process patient and sundry debtor accounts, provide receipting functions, banking, debt management, reporting and reconciliation responsibilities within allocated timeframes including, receipting/disbursement of inpatient Patient Trust, ensuring compliance to all relevant policy and procedures.
