Project Manager - Infrastructure Development
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the development of our infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design consultants, contractors, and Council Services Coordinators.
* Negotiate with external parties, including contractors and suppliers.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in building-related projects and construction management.
* Demonstrated experience in managing complex infrastructure projects, contracts, budgets, and resources.
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
* Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Project and drafting packages.
* Solid planning and organisational skills, with ability to work under pressure.
Benefits:
* Base salary $135,500.00.

Travel Requirements:
This position is based in Katherine and may require travel and work in remote communities, including overnight stays, in the Roper Gulf Regional Council area.
