Guest Account Manager Role
This position involves ensuring the accuracy and security of guest accounts and hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Front Office Manager with end-of-day audits for all outlets to ensure accurate financial records.
* Deliver exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout guests' stays.
* Effectively manage guest reservations, billing, and account balances using Hotel Management Software.
* Communicate promptly and professionally with guests and internal departments regarding inquiries and requests.
* Operate the switchboard, manage wake-up calls, and ensure timely message delivery.
* Reconcile daily transactions, including credit cards and F&B outlet reports, to maintain accurate financial records.
* Prepare comprehensive reports and express check-out envelopes for the next day's operations.
* Promote hotel amenities and upsell services to enhance guests' experiences.
* Adhere to strict security protocols to safeguard guest confidentiality and hotel safety.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a hospitality setting with strong interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Hotel Management Software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong numerical skills with attention to detail when handling financial transactions.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
