We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team and support a participant in the community.
About the Role:
* Provide community and daily living support
* Support a participant with behavioural needs
* Implement behaviour support strategies in line with the participant’s plan
* Promote independence, choice, and dignity at all times
Important Requirements:
* Male staff required (in line with participant preferences)
* Experience working with behaviours and following Behaviour Support Plans (BSP)
* Calm, patient, and confident in managing challenging situations
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Relevant qualifications and/or experience in disability support
* Current Working With Children Check/NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
