About the Role
Based in Oxley, the Office Coordinator ensures the smooth day to day running of the office location.
Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Office Coordinator performs several administrative and sales operation tasks to ensure all customer, principal and sales management requirements are met whilst remaining focussed on ensuring the business is compliant with the relevant state-based obligations.
This position requires close working relationships with the QLD Regional Manager, Office Coordinators, Sales Coordinators, Area Managers, Principals & Trading team, Field Sales Manager, National Accounts Payable, National Credit and the Group Commercial Analyst.
Key tasks include
·Customer trading agreements and rebate processing·Office Administration & Facility Management.
·Sales team pricing, deals, and claims support
·Accounts Payable & Sales Reporting.
·Credit card & expense reconciliations
About you
Previous experience in an administrative role working with financial information is essential with a background in using an Enterprise Resource Planning system (e.g. JDE, E1, or similar) preferred.
Proven attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with effective problem-solving ability when dealing with competing priorities along with strong time management and organisational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate proactively with fellow team members, customers and principals.
