Job Title: Sales Project Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Project Engineer.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in sales or project management within the engineering or mining industries.
* A tertiary qualification in engineering, including trade, diploma, or degree, is preferred but not essential.
* A proven ability to plan, develop, and execute business development strategies is required.
* Experience in the sugar industry is highly regarded but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish connections with new and existing customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions using BWEL products and services.
Maintain regular contact with BWEL representatives and customers within your assigned area.
Proactively seek and respond to customer inquiries with prompt and effective communication.
Engage with clients to discuss the features and benefits of BWEL products tailored to their needs.
Prepare and review tender submissions based on inquiries, demonstrating attention to detail from both commercial and technical perspectives.
Attend pre-bid meetings to showcase your expertise and contribute to winning proposals.
Take field trips to project sites to monitor and manage project work, gather information, and assess BWEL's capability to meet tender requirements.
Attend customer and industry presentations to highlight our solutions and capabilities.
