In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering benefits measure identification and analysis across different transport modes and project tiers, performance assurance, and benefits management processes across Transport for NSW, this role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with whole of government requirements and strengthening the organisation's approach to benefits realisation.
This role will see you lead and shape the Benefits Analysis function, embedding aligned frameworks, establishing best practice processes, overseeing a team of benefits analysts, and driving the rollout of benefits realisation and analysis approaches across the Transport enterprise.
You will partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation, guide and develop a newly formed team, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support strategic decision making and value realisation.

About you
You will lead improved benefits management, assurance and reporting outcomes in a complex, enterprise wide environment that requires strong collaboration, governance alignment and a focus on maturity uplift across diverse portfolios and stakeholders.
Your strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and analytical capability, formed across complex organisations and senior management roles in benefits evaluations, performance, assurance or related disciplines, will see you confidently establish fit for purpose processes, navigate organisational complexity and support the delivery of accountable, enterprise wide benefits outcomes.
You're recognised as a collaborative and empowering leader, skilled at building high performing teams and guiding change, and experienced in operating in large, matrixed environments where alignment, influence and delivery discipline are critical to success.
