About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and innovation focused AHS Supervisor to join Daunia's AHS Mine Control team.
As an AHS Supervisor, you'll be responsible for executing the daily operational plan, optimising fleet performance, and ensuring adherence to training and compliance requirements.
You'll foster a strong safety culture, monitor and refine mine control processes, and actively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

This is a site-based position working a 7 on/7 off Tuesday to Monday roster.
What you'll Do:
Lead daily operations by coordinating shift activities, task allocation, and supervising Controllers, Builders, and Field Officers to ensure safe, efficient autonomous mining.
Coach and develop your team, fostering growth, maintaining training records, and supporting high performance.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing initiatives to boost productivity, streamline processes, and optimise fleet performance.
Collaborate and problem-solve with site teams to overcome challenges and deliver on safety and production targets.
Leverage technology and data insights to enhance decision-making and support the ongoing optimisation of the CAT Minestar Command system.
What You'll Bring:
Proven leadership experience in Mine Control or a similar production role within an autonomous, open-cut mining environment.
Hands-on expertise with CAT MineStar Command and a solid understanding of autonomous haulage systems.
Strong safety and compliance mindset, holding RIIRIS301 / RIIWHS301 / RIICOM301 (S1, S2, S3) and RIIRIS402 (G2) qualifications.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Resilience under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
