A key part of the role is ensuring consistency in policies, procedures, and systems across operations, while maintaining full compliance with workplace health and safety legislation and the Drake WHS and Quality Management System. 
You will be supported by the General Manager (ANZ) and collaborate with our wider National team. 
Your key responsibilities Drive branch profitability and financial performance while supporting sustainable growth. 
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets and strengthen client relationships. 
Ensure every client receives professional, timely, and compassionate services that meet their individual needs and goals, including face-to-face visits. 
Build robust partnerships with key stakeholders, allied health professionals, and regulatory bodies to support client care. 
Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff, fostering a high-performing, supportive, and inclusive team culture.
