We're excited to welcome a Principal Data Analyst to our Business Transformation Unit.
The Principal Data Analyst will provide a high level of analytical support through the application of advanced technical skills in relation to reporting and analytics. This position will lead the analytics and reporting of perioperative, inpatient, outpatient and other activity data to meet the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Services reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities include:
Developing sophisticated and contemporary data management and analysis solutions and methodologies to enable reliable (and repeatable) extract of perioperative, inpatient, outpatient and other data from multiple complex and non-related data sources into comprehensive live and static reports to enhance business decisions.
Managing, administering and coordinating high level projects, activities and support functions for Business Transformation Unit and Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service as a whole, and provide an expert consultancy service in all matters relating to perioperative, inpatient, outpatient and other data and use of analytic tools and methods.
Analysis of specific perioperative, inpatient, outpatient and other data and information management problems and development and implementation of remedial strategies exercising initiative and responsibility.
Remuneration value up to $171 568 p.a., comprising salary between $140 115 - $150 371 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO7).
