Offer description

**About the Role**
Joining us on an initial 6-month contract, our Marketing Campaign Manager (Insurance) will lead the planning and implementation of the BOQ Insurance marketing plans that target consumers through multi channels. You will also set up key foundational marketing programs which deliver on the objectives set out in the marketing plan.

Reporting into our Senior Marketing Manager - Everyday Banking, this role works closely with SMEs in digital & direct, social & content, local area marketing and brand, to execute marketing programs that drive Insurance acquisition and performance.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating integrated direct marketing campaigns for BOQ Insurance which will include writing creative briefs, defining data requirements and briefs and liaising with all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Your role will also oversee campaigns including on-boarding, activation, engagement, retention and win back (working closely with key stakeholders on customer journey design, data segmentation and product).

On a regular basis you will collaborate with Customer Insights, Analytics & Strategy to understand customer lifecycle journeys and then deliver and execute relevant and timely campaigns to engage customers. This will include undertaking campaign reporting and drawing insights from data and reporting back to the business.

**About you**
As a passionate Marketing professional, you will have proven experience across managing and executing successful direct marketing programs for large and complex, fast-paced organisations.

Naturally you will have prior experience working across campaign management and will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills. We would also love for you to have experience interpreting data and campaign performance as well as demonstrable Google Analytics skills.

Previous experience within the Insurance or Financial Services industry will see you hit the ground running in the role, but this is not essential.

Your superior attention to detail will be complimented by your exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Above all else, you will have a positive 'can do' attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think innovatively.

Working for us is fun and fast-paced, and we need top talent to take us where we want to go. BOQ people are easy to spot. They're smart, energetic, full of ideas and passionate about what they do. If this sounds like you, and you're looking to join a brand on the forefront of financial services, we'd love to have a conversation.
